Royal Enfield has named its all-electric division the Flying Flea. The name derives inspiration from the WWII-era Flying Flea motorcycle that the brand used to make in the 1940s. The first product under this new brand will be the FFC6, which will go on sale in early 2026.

The design of the FFC6 is modern but with a certain inspiration from Royal Enfield's past. The first glimpse of this fact can be seen on the FFC6's front suspension. The electric motorcycle uses a forged aluminium Girder fork, a design standard in the 1930s.

Other modern touches include using aerodynamics on the cleaver to ensure optimal cooling for the battery pack. It uses a magnesium case with dynamic fins that help channel airflow and look fabulous. The FFC6 will use a single-pod touchscreen instrument cluster.

Royal Enfield says it has developed bespoke software for its new electric motorcycle. The system uses a Vehicle Control unit to modulate the throttle, brake, and regen according to the road and the rider's inputs for an optimal feel. Royal Enfield hasn't shared details about the FFC6's electric motor, battery range, or charging.

What's visible in the images is that the motorcycle uses disk brakes on both wheels. The brand says that the FFC6 will come with cornering ABS.
