The Canadian Opera Company Previews Fall 2024 Programming

The Canadian Opera Company’s has announced a preview of its upcoming season and its newest Community Programs and Partnerships. In celebration of Latin American Heritage Month, “Canciones de mi Gente: A Journey through Latin American Art Song” takes place.

“Opera Express,” part of Union Station’s annual concert series features the company’s Teaching Artists Karine White , Annemarie Cabri, Isabella Fassler, and chorus member Ross Mortimer, accompanied by Timothy Cheung on piano. Last season, the Canadian Opera Company’s Community Programs and Partnerships team served more than 13,428 young people and community members, engaged with 26 partnerships and 23 programs, and welcomed 47 schools and community groups to participate in activities.
