Taylor Sheridan and Paramount Plus go together like peanut butter and jelly. Many of the streaming service ‘s biggest hits – such as Landman and Yellowstone – come from the cowboy king himself, with the former even beating out one of Netflix’s biggest hits , Squid Game, in the streaming charts.

And there’s a lot of Sheridan content on there. The Yellowstone creator has seven shows on the streamer: Landman, Yellowstone, Tulsa King, Mayor of Kingstown, Lioness, 1883, and 1923. (But watch out: Paramount’s new cost cutting may change all this .



) However, one of the most successful shows on Paramount right now isn’t one of Sheridan’s. And if you’re looking for something new to watch, it’s well worth checking out. MobLand is on Paramount Plus right now The biggest show on Paramount Plus right now is MobLand, the criminal drama from Guy Ritchie.

Since it was released on March 30, it’s broken records to become the biggest global series premiere in the streamer’s history, pulling in 2.2 million viewers worldwide. So far, that title has only been held by Sheridan projects – specifically, 1923 and Landman.

1923 and MobLand even have something in common: they both star Helen Mirren. Alongside Mirren, MobLand also stars Tom Hardy and Pierce Brosnan. As the title suggests, the drama series is about the power play between rival crime families who battle for control in London.

On the critical front, Ritchie’s new show is also flying. With a 79% on Rotten Tomatoes, it may be the next best thing on your watchlist.
