In one of the strangest celebrity feuds of 2024, reality stars had a very explosive encounter with and his long-time friend Christian Miranda during Sunday night's episode of . The co-stars butted heads during a brick-making challenge when the couple overheard Christian complaining that they had been ‘following’ them. “Were you having a dig before Christian about us following you?” Eden asked, with Christian replying, “What are you talking about?”.

“I’m talking about you being a smart a**, that’s what I’m talking about,” Cyrell said. Tensions flared when Christian said, “We’re not on ”, to which Cyrell clapped back, “Yeah, and you ain’t swimming right now either”. “You’re known as Ian Thorpe’s friend,” Eden added.

“You’re only his mate.” Cyrell then made a point to tell Ian that he wasn’t a part of the problem and they were only angry with Christian, who she called his “sidekick”. “You got anything else smart to say, Christian?” she continued.

“Yeah, I didn’t think so. Maybe when you don’t know nothing you keep your mouth shut, that's what you should do. You sidekick.

” Speaking with about the feud, Cyrell and Eden admit the interaction was even more tense in person than it was on TV. “It was pretty heated at the time,” Eden shares. “They were throwing a few jabs at us about us following them.

Me and Cyrell, our navigation’s terrible without our phones. I can't read a map, Cyrell can't read a map, and my game plan was to follow people. I actually let it be known, and he got a whiff of it and he was just having little digs.

” “Eden was brutal when he said, ‘You’re only known as Ian Thorpe’s mate’,” Cyrell laughs. “As soon as I heard that I was like, ‘Oh my god!’, and that’s coming from me! Nothing usually shocks me!” The former bride adds that they ended up patching things up at the next challenge when Christian told them they were doing a “good job”, but they “haven’t really spoken to them” since the show finished filming. “We have a group chat with everyone that's on the show, so we've been chatting to them on that.

But it’s not like we're besties or anything,” she says. “We like Christian and we have nothing against him,” Eden shares. “It was just one of those things, but we’ve moved on from it now.

” While she’s known for her fiery personality and proudly owns her nickname ‘Cyclone Cyrell’, the mother-of-one asserts that it’s never her intention to get involved in any drama - despite what viewers might assume. “I think people have in their head that I just go around starting arguments for no reason. But if you look back, even on my time during or when I was on , I’ve only ever been angry or a firecracker or pulled out a cyclone on anyone truly because of what they had first said to me,” she points out.

“It’s just how I react to it. You've never really seen me like I'm the one who instigates these arguments. And sometimes they say, ‘Oh, Cyrell’s always causing the drama’, but I think people actually sometimes want to start drama with me.

I don’t know whether they want to get headlines or attention, but people really do do that.” Although they were eliminated in Sunday night's episode, Cyrell says she had “an amazing experience” on and it definitely brought her and Eden closer. “I can’t believe I’m alive,” Eden remarks.

“My back’s still sore from carrying all her bags, but it was fun. It’s a great television program to be on.”.
