What the hell just happened? It was absolute magic Thursday night for the Frisco Wakeland High School football team as they pulled off an unbelievable miracle win, doing so as the time ran off the clock in what closed out an instant classic. (RELATED: Kyle McCord Has Historically Bad Performance That Leads Pitt To Pulling Off Feat Not Seen In Nearly 20 Years) In a mammoth momentum swing that ended up winning the game for Frisco, defensive end/guard Austin Wilson picked up a fumble that took place near Wakeland’s own one-yard-line, and then in scoop-and-score fashion, runs it all the way back to the end zone to tally a 99-yard touchdown. The score led Wakeland to an insane 65-59 overtime victory over Frisco Lone Star.

And to make things even crazier, the fumble recovery TD issued Lone Star their first defeat of the season, which won’t bode well for their No. 18 ranking in the state of Texas — ouch. WATCH: You won’t see a more crazy finish to a football game.

Like damn, I know we like to talk about baseball, but how can you not be romantic about something like this? I’m gonna miss the insanity of high school and college football once it’s gone.
