The No. 3 Texas Longhorns notched a 20-10 victory over the unranked Arkansas Razorbacks on Saturday afternoon, but the college football powerhouse wasn't entirely convincing in its win. In the 4th quarter, Sam Pittman and his Arkansas squad pulled the game within three points with a 13-10 score.

For much of the game, starting quarterback Quinn Ewers and the Texas offense looked stagnant. Longhorns fans have high expectations for their team. And with an elite backup quarterback option like Arch Manning on the bench, the pressure on Ewers to perform is daunting.

While Ewers faced his share of struggles in Saturday's win, Texas head coach Steve Sarkisian elected to stick with his starting quarterback throughout the game. Some Texas fans questioned Sarkisian's decision to keep Manning on the bench. A live look at Texas fans waiting for Arch Manning to take over at quarterback pic.

twitter.com/zlUkUbP9p9 "Why is Arch Manning not playing?" one fan asked. "Texas needs to bring in Arch Manning to seal this game!" another said.

"Ugh Texas should do better. Please let Arch Manning play," another added. "When is Arch Manning coming in?" another asked.

Arch Manning gives @TexasFootball our best chance to win a title but Sark is so stubborn he won’t make a change @_delconte keep in mind that Jaxson Dart threw for 500 yards and 6 TDs vs Arky😂😂😂 @BON_SBNation https://t.co/x7fnswivgZ Despite criticism from fans, Ewers finished the Longhorns' ninth win of the season with a solid stat line. The 21-year-old quarterback completed 20 of his 32 pass attempts for 176 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions.
