According to a quarterly report released by the KP Police, 302 people were also injured in these incidents. The report stated that civilians suffered the most, with 45 killed and 127 injured between January and March.

The police lost 37 officials, while 46 were wounded. The Frontier Corps lost 34 personnel, with 43 others injured during the same period. The surge in violence highlights the persistent security challenges in the province, which has witnessed a resurgence in militant activity.
