Cool temperatures on tap for the rest of the week before a weekend warm up. Today will be sunny with few, a little cloudier over Orange County beaches. Not much has changed compared to yesterday's forecast with just a few degrees warmer for inland areas.

Most areas away from the coast will be in the 70s with upper 70s forecasted for the western San Fernando Valley and Inland Empire. If you're planning a day hike the weather will be in your favor with highs in the up to the mid 60s for the upper elevations. Coasts will be in the mid 60s to low 70s.



There is a chance of showers Wednesday through Thursday mainly for Santa Barbara county but that could mean morning drizzle here in L.A. A low pressure system will move across the area bringing a chance of light rain Wed-Thu w/ totals generally under 0.
