Interacting with several business leaders, the chief minister spoke about circular economy, urban infrastructure and environmental rejuvenation, River Musi projects, Regional Ring Road and Radial Roads, expansion of Metro Rail, Future City developments, and sectors including software, futuristic technologies such as AI, pharmaceuticals, bulk drugs, tourism, textiles, agriculture and green power, among others. “The zone between the ORR and RR is ideal for EVs, energy storage, electronics, semiconductors and aerospace industries. To support exports, we are setting up a dry port linked to the nearest seaport with dedicated road and rail connectivity,” the minister added.He also spoke about how Telangana could learn from the Japanese cities of Tokyo and Osaka in rejuvenating and transforming the Musi River into a 55-km urban greenway.
Special Chief Secretary for IT and Industries, Jayesh Ranjan, in a detailed presentation, said: “We are building the Young India Skills University, based on values of quality, discipline and lifelong learning. It can serve as a catalyst and create several business opportunities.”.
