TCL Electronics has secured three No. 1 global rankings in TV shipments, solidifying its position as a market leader in ultra-large TVs, Mini LED TVs, and Google TVs, according to the latest Omdia report.Market research firm Omdia revealed that TCL led shipments of 85-inch and larger TVs in 2024, capturing 22.
1% of the global market share. The brand also dominated the Mini LED TV segment, securing the top spot with 28.8% of total shipments.
Additionally, TCL has remained the No. 1 Google TV supplier since 2021, reinforcing a strong foothold in the smart TV industry.The growing preference for large-screen TVs and advanced display technology is driving TCL’s success.
Global shipments of 80-inch and larger TVs are projected to increase by 35% year-over-year, accounting for 7% of the total display market in 2025. By 2030, this figure could rise to 11%, while Mini LED TV shipments are expected to reach 9.3 million units by 2025.
