Sergio Conceicao's men returned to winning ways in Serie A as they thrashed the hosts 4-0 in Friday night's clash. However, Milan will be worried about an injury to goalkeeper Maignan, who was taken off on a stretcher after colliding with teammate Alex Jimenez.
The clash of heads occured when the Frenchman came rushing out of his area in the 54th minute and was unable to slow down his momentum before colliding with Jimenez, who was looking to close down a Udinese wing-back Hassane Kamara. Both players were left on the deck but Maignan came off worse as he appeared to lose consciousness, with both sets of players seemingly left in distress . He received treatment on the pitch for several minutes before being taken off on a stretcher in worrying scenes.
