Tamannaah Bhatia gives a savage response to a reporter who indirectly referred to Vijay Varma. Watch the viral clip. Tamannaah Bhatia didn’t hold back when a journalist tried to get cheeky with a question that indirectly referenced her ex-boyfriend, Vijay Varma.
The actress was attending the trailer launch of her upcoming Telugu film Odela 2 in Mumbai when the incident occurred. The film’s dubbed Hindi version is also set to release in theatres. While interacting with the media, one journalist asked her a question laced with wordplay, seemingly aimed at drawing out a reaction involving Vijay Varma.
He asked, “Aisi koi personality hai jiske upar aap tantra mantra ki vidya se uske upar Vijay haasil karna chahti hai?" (Is there any such personality over whom you want to achieve victory with the knowledge of Tantra Mantra?) Tamannaah, visibly unimpressed, clapped back with a witty yet pointed reply. She said, “Yeh to aap pe hi karna padega. Fir saare paparazzi mere mutthi mein hoga.
What do you say? Karle? Sir pe hi karle? Then all the paparazzi will be listening to whatever I say." Her response, laced with sarcasm, quickly shut down the moment and sent a clear message that she is in no mood to entertain questions involving her past relationship. Tamannaah and Vijay Varma, who were in a relationship for a while, reportedly parted ways amicably a few months ago.
Though they continue to be on cordial terms, fans noticed that the two have removed each other’s photos from social media. On the professional front, Tamannaah is gearing up for a powerful role in Odela 2, a supernatural thriller directed by Ashok Teja. She plays Shiva Shakti, a fierce devotee of Lord Shiva, who arrives in a haunted town to confront dark energies tormenting the locals.
Vasishta N. Simha plays the antagonist, a man possessed by evil and feared by women in the village. The gripping trailer teases a spiritual and dramatic showdown between good and evil, with Tamannaah leading the charge in a mystic, intense avatar.
Odela 2 is the sequel to Odela Railway Station and is slated to release in theatres on April 17, 2025. She also has Ranger in the pipeline, co-starring Ajay Devgn and Sanjay Dutt..
