Coe became the club’s Head of Women’s Football in 2023 and has helped to drive the development of that side of the club, seeing record attendances for women’s matches at The Nigel Eady County Ground. Under her stewardship, Swindon got a club record points haul last season as they finished fourth in the FA Women's National League Division One South West and won the Wiltshire County Cup; they have made a strong start to this campaign, presently sitting second in the league. Following this decision, Coe said in a statement on the club website: "I would like to thank the club for giving me the opportunity.

"It has been a full-on two years and I feel that it’s time for me to spend more time with my family. "I have met some wonderful people and have been honoured to be part of the journey. "Thank you to the club staff, volunteer team, sponsors and fans who have all been part of the success.

"To the Women’s team staff and players, I look forward to seeing you move up those leagues, you deserve it.".
