Suzuki has updated one of their most iconic models, the Hayabusa. It gets new electronic aids and also new colour options. Here is everything you need to know.
Suzuki has updated the Hayabusa for the 2025 model year. It now gets more electronic aids and a new colour option. While the Hayabusa has remained more or less the same for over two decades, these minor tweaks and feature additions have kept the bike still relevant and an iconic model in the market.
The new updates include and updated cruise control system. It allows for gear changes without disengaging the cruise control system. Suzuki has also updated the launch control with a revised engine speed for launch.
Suzuki has also added a new colour option which is Matte Green with Titanium accents. The black and and silver with blue colour options remain the same. Mechanically, the motorcycle has remained more or less the same.
It comes with a 1,340cc inline-four cylinder engine which produces 190 bhp and 150 Nm of torque. It is paired to a 6-speed gearbox with a bi-directional quick shifter. Price of the current Hayabusa is Rs 16.
90 lakh (ex-showroom) but we expect it to be increased with the update. The Hayabusa has for long been the go to motorcycle for high speed long distance riding and competes with the likes of the Kawasaki Ninja 1100 SX. The Hayabusa is also assembles in India which makes it quite the bargain when it comes to superbikes in the Indian market.
