Spring has sprung in Sussex and photographers have been out capturing life in Sussex. The Argus Camera Club's March competition theme was "life", encouraging members to embrace the reawakening of the natural world following the bleak winter months. We received several entries that reflected the blossoming of life typical of early spring.
Becca Cunningham's snap of a calf, only 30 minutes after it was born, and its mother was a top favourite. Philip Carter also captured an intimate moment between a mother and its young, with his shot showing a fox on the lookout accompanied by its two cubs in Rudgwick, near Horsham.
Haley Magee spotted an adorable duckling exploring its surroundings in Arundel wetlands. Louise has won £50.
April's theme is "structure". Post your entry on The Argus Camera Club Facebook page, mentioning where it was taken. Anyone can join the group via the Facebook page.
It is one entry per person and the deadline is midnight on April 30. As always, the winner will receive a £50 prize. Good luck.
