'Suspicious' human remains found in garbage bag along road, police investigating

This is a developing story. ABC4 will update this post as new information becomes available.BOX ELDER COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) -- Officials are investigating after human remains were found in a black garbage bag along a road in Utah.

The remains were discovered by a construction crew, around the area of 2600 West Highway 13. The contents were initially believed to be trash, but then "hair and bones" were discovered.The remains are being investigated as suspicious.
