30. Earnest, along with twin brothers Ja'Marion and Ja'Marcus Odell, who at the time were all employees at FedEx, was arrested and charged with shooting a fellow FedEx employee multiple times. Initially the shooting was ruled as accidental and self-inflicted, but later affidavits described the shooting as an ambush by the suspects.
