(AP) — A man who allegedly scaled an iron security fence in the middle of the night, eluded police and set fire to the Pennsylvania governor’s mansion was in police custody at a hospital after an unrelated medical event, state police said Monday. Cody Balmer, 38, told police he had planned to beat Gov.
