SECRETARY to Cabinet Susan Kiran has been appointed the new permanent secretary for Information. A statement from the Government said the Public Service Commission, with the agreement of Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka, had made the appointment. PSC chairperson Luke Rokovada said this appointment would be in addition to Ms Kiran’s present role as secretary to Cabinet, and her appointment would be effective from September 2.
