Sunny and warm day ahead for SoCal. It's been a while

Good morning and happy Tuesday. A warmer and sunnier day is on tap for Southern California, so make sure to apply that sunscreen. L.

A. and Orange County beaches will have temperatures from 64 to 69 degrees. Orange County residents will see partly cloudy skies in the morning, but that will clear up by the afternoon.



In inland Orange County and L.A., temperatures will range from 71 to 76 degrees.

L.A. County valleys and the Inland Empire will see warmer conditions, with temperatures reaching up to 82 degrees.

In the Coachella Valley, another warm day is on tap, with highs up to 93 degrees. Beach hazards Forecasters say that high surf will continue until Wednesday evening for L.A.

and Orange County beaches including the Malibu Coast. There will be elevated surf from four to six feet high..
