Sunday Brunch presenter earnestly issued a trigger warning to viewers of the Channel 4 show as they prepared to air the TV for Pets segment but viewers were left threatening to switch off. "Trigger warning now please," Tim Lovejoy announced as co-host Simon Rimmer stood earnestly beside him. "Any mice, hamsters, gerbils.
.." he said as Simon chimed in, "budgies.
" "Anything, like, yeah, any of them watching might find this week's episode, a little distressing," he said as they cut to a clip of a Bengal cat eating off a glass table wth the camera underneath. Despite the heartwarming content viewers of the show were not impressed and took to X to complain about the warning. "Sick of these #triggerwarnings on shows like #SundayBrunch.
