The owner of an award-winning Suffolk business says she feels "incredibly privileged" after being named as a finalist for a prestigious UK award. Last year, Salon Nine, in the High Street in Haverhill, won the Bridal Salon of the Year award at the UK Hair and Beauty Awards in Birmingham. Now, Rebecca Clark, the bridal hairstylist and owner of the business, has been announced as a finalist in the UK National Hair and Beauty Awards for Bridal Hairstylist of the Year.
She said: "I am thrilled to now be competing individually for the coveted title of 'Bridal Hairstylist of the Year' following the success of Salon Nine last year. "It’s an incredible privilege to be recognised for doing what I love. In July the salon also held its grand opening for its new beauty rooms (Image: Salon Nine) "I’m so excited to attend the awards alongside my amazing Salon Nine team and represent the salon at this level.
" Since opening in 2021, the salon has won a range of awards including Bridal Salon of the Year , Rising Star award and Hair Stylist of the Year at the UK Hair and Beauty Awards, with owner Rebecca Clark at the helm. In July, the salon also held its grand opening for its new beauty rooms and enhanced facilities at its premises in Haverhill High Street. The UK Hair and Beauty Award finals will take place in August at the Hilton Metropole in Birmingham.
