(Dennis nett photo) The Latest Developer’s vision for Cicero’s Lakeshore triples, includes a $1 million condo on Oneida Lake : A local developer who’s proposing to remake the former Great Northern Mall also has a vision for as many as 1,400 homes in and around the Lakeshore Yacht & and Country Club. That’s nearly triple his original proposal for the mostly upscale community on the shores of Oneida Lake, fueled in part by Micron coming to Clay and a need for more housing. The plan includes nearly 500 waterfront apartments and even a $1 million condo with a panoramic view of the lake .
