The Dallas Cowboys host the Philadelphia Eagles at AT&T Stadium on Sunday, and they do so without their starting quarterback Dak Prescott. Prescott is out with a hamstring injury that could require surgery, meaning he'd miss the rest of the Cowboys' season. That means, once again, it's Cooper Rush time in Arlington.
