Sarah Hadland has shared a very racy confession about meeting her "all-time" celebrity crush who she thinks is "gorgeous." In an unearthed episode of Crushed by Margaret Cabourn-Smith, the Strictly Come Dancing star recounted how she met the rockstar at the Royal Variety Show. However, she admitted that she was unprepared for the chance encounter as she looked like a "children's TV presenter", wearing a "girly dress and Converse" and sporting a "little fringe".
Sarah said: "My all-time crush is Brandon Flowers from The Killers. Ahh, I just think he's so sexy. I've seen his show about a million times.
I just think he's gorgeous. "But I did the Royal Variety Show and the headline band..
.they hadn't put down what it was and I didn't register it and I was doing Miranda." She continued: "So I was sort of in a Stevie kind of a little.
..very little girly dress and Converse with a little fringe, looking like a children's TV presenter/somebody sort of that's gone, 'I was really happy when I was 12 and I'm going to recreate that forever'.
" The Miranda actress explained that she heard somebody say the band was The Killers, so she ran to the side of the stage and discovered that Brandon was standing there alone. However, when she approached her celebrity crush, she "couldn't even get out the words", but fortunately, Brandon understood and asked if she would like a photograph. She continued: "And I stood with him and I look like I've gone on a day trip to meet him and as part of a charity.
That's what I look like and he just looks gorgeous. "And he, in fact, he even said, 'Do you want to take another one because the lighting is behind' and Nicola was fumbling and I was a bit like, 'No; forget it'." When asked whether the photo was "enough" and if there was part of her that wanted to "come on to him", Sarah suggested Brandon could have performed a sex act on her during the show and "there woudl not have been a peep".
Sarah, who is paired up with Vito Coppola on the BBC dance competition, returned to training this week. In their last performance, they donned matching pink and yellow outfits for Samba to Do It Again by Rafaella Carrà. She has received praise from the judges, with head judge Shirley Ballas calling her "an absolute charm to watch" and Motsi Mabuse saying she was a "force".
The pair landed 32 points out of 40 for their performance, although some fans believed that they didn't receive enough, reports the MEN. You can catch the next episode of Strictly Come Dancing on BBC One on Saturday, October 26th, from 6.25pm.
