A Strictly Come Dancing star is set to ring in the new year with a compelling BBC documentary series charting criminal activity in the UK. Tv presenter Stacey Dooley will investigate shoplifting in the UK- which is estimated to cost British businesses over £1.8 billion a year.

She will interview the staff who have been abused as they do their daily jobs and uncover the impact that repeat shoplifting is having on their lives. She has produced over 70 documentaries for the BBC and has two other series in the works along with an additional film. " Stacey won Strictly Come Dancing in 2018 with her dance partner Kevin Clifton . The couple got together after the show and welcomed a baby girl last January. Stacey was the original host of BBC Three's Glow Up, which set out to find Britain's next makeup star.
