STRICTLY Come Dancing's Dianne Buswell whispered a few sweet words to her celeb partner Chris McCausland following their very moving dance. Fans of the BBC show spotted the professional dancer quietly uttering the message to Chris after they had finished their performance on Saturday night. The pair had danced their Couples' Choice and included a brief black-out in their routine to symbolise Chris's blindness.

Once they had completed their dance, comedian Chris scooped Dianne into his arms and they hugged on the ballroom floor. The Australian pro could then be heard telling him: "I'm so proud of you." Fans were left feeling emotional after watching Chris and Dianne's performance and flocked to X to share their thoughts.

" Opening up about his blindness, Chis continued: "When I was born, my eyesight was maybe perfect but it deteriorated very, very, very steadily until probably late teens, early 20s when all the useful stuff just went. "It actually becomes easier when you can't see anything because for the first time you've got this plato and just this consistency.

"It's sad, it was just the way it was." Chris admitted he had previously turned down Strictly Come Dancing several times as he was too "scared" to take part. He said he changed his mind after deciding to show the nation what people with disabilities can achieve.

"I think it's important to show people more is possible than you think," Chris added.
