More info Strictly Come Dancing fans have been left 'in tears' after stumbling upon an old video of judge Craig Revel Horwood leading a dance-exercise routine online.

The 59-year-old has been a judge on Strictly since the competition's first series in 2004, before which he was a dancer and choreographer for West End musicals. However, outside of his Strictly role, Osteoporosis awareness and prevention is a cause close to Craig's heart - as fans learnt when they dug up a video from 2012 of the dancer performing 'Boogie For You Bones' for the National Osteoporosis Society. In the video, Craig teaches viewers a routine that's designed to "building stronger, life-saving bones".

"Everyone can take simple steps to build up their bones. Dance is a fantastic form of exercise because it's exciting and appeals to people of all ages and abilities," he says in the clip. "Dance your way to stronger bones!" In the four-minute video, Craig performs a number of eye-catching dance moves, from the more classical 'Salsa' and 'Charleston' moves to the 'sugar baby' and 'skeletal'.

The resurfaced clip has tickled fans, with one sharing the video on Reddit alongside the caption: "I was searching YouTube for videos of the judges dancing, and came across this video of Craig. I have no words for it." Viewers quickly took to the comments, with one writing: "I'm in tears.

What is this." Another commented: "Thank you for gracing us with this video. Brilliant.

" One other fan followed with: "Brilliant, hilarious and with a great message: dance, however you do it is extremely good for you as well as being fun. So use it or lose it!"Someone else asked how they were supposed to follow the routine, with one commenter replying: "I'd need medical assistance in the first two minutes," alongside a smiling face. The Australian-British dancer is currently judging on his 22nd series of Strictly - and earlier this year, surprised fans with his new look .

During this year's launch show, Craig showed off a new beard, with fans flocking to social media to gush about his fresh facial hair. "Craig with a new look this year. I'm liking the beard on him," one wrote, while another said: "Loving Craig with a beard! He reminds me of a top Hollywood star.

Very professional!" The Strictly star is engaged to Jonathan Myring, with the pair becoming engaged in April 2020 while in Tasmania. While the couple now live in King's Cliffe, they welcomed OK! into their previous mansion in Hampshire . “It’s all very theatrical,” he said at the time.

“And being surrounded by theatrical things is where I feel most at home.”.
