GMB: Ellie Leach asked about atmosphere during Strictly launch show Strictly Come Dancing star Ellie Leach appeared on Monday's instalment of Good Morning Britain to give her thoughts on the launch show over the weekend. ITV host Richard Madeley said: "We've got to ask you, what was the atmosphere like? At home, we were watching and thinking, 'Are they going to say anything about all the rumours, scandals and all the rest of it?' How did it feel backstage?" Ellie, who appeared on the BBC show to reunite with her former dance partner Vito Coppola confessed she enjoyed her brief return to Strictly. She replied: "I loved being there! I think when I'm in the studio, it just feels like home where I'm surrounded by people who I've been kind of, been in such close proximity within and built bonds that you don't get that outside-" However, the GMB host cut her off as he was eager to know more about how it felt backstage.
