Steakhouse celebrates third birthday in style

A renowned Astley Bridge Turkish steakhouse restaurant celebrated it’s third birthday in style yesterday (November 4) offering its guests dinner with a show.

A renowned Astley Bridge Turkish steakhouse restaurant celebrated it’s third birthday in style yesterday (November 4) offering its guests dinner with a show. Beefalo Meathouse , which is located on 486 Blackburn Road in Astley Bridge opened its doors at 6pm to more than seventy guests including one star-studded visitor, ITV’s Sports Correspondent, Chris Hall and his wife, Sarah Hall. (Image: Ajnum Mohammed/ Zoom One Productions) The event was hosted by Suraiya Haque, a local food blogger in collaboration with Anjum Mohammed from Zoom One Productions.

The steakhouse is owned by Chef Bayram Yuse, who is also the restaurant’s head chef and runs the business with partners Bayram Yuce, Orkun Derin and Salim Asci. (Image: Anjum Mohammed/ Zoom One Productions) He followed his passion, beginning as a pastry chef in one of the largest catering companies in Turkey before going on to work various chef roles in hotels and restaurants. Mr Yuse became an Executive Chef by 26 and Head Chef at 29.



His arrival to Liverpool came in 2017 with a brand-new steakhouse concept, Macello Meathouse, followed by Kassap Meathouse next year. Since their launch, both restaurants have attracted many celebrities and become a regular spot for many LFC players. (Image: Anjum Mohammed/ Zoom One Productions) Guests of the suave event were given a choice between a mixed kebab platter including lamb shish, chicken shish, chicken wings and kafta with grilled vegetables alongside a selection of succulent tomahawk or T-bone steaks, each of which was served with specialise gueridon service, an interactive dining experience that is designed to engage the senses. Other guests were offered ‘cook on the table’ service to get up close and personal with their meal.

Chefs also recreated the viral Dubai pistachio chocolate bar from earlier this year, made from rich milk chocolate filled with smooth pistachio creme, sumptuous pistachio nut paste and toasted kunafa.

The event’s organiser, Suraiya said: “There was lots of drama, fun and pizzazz because we wanted to keep the event engaging as possible for customers so that we can really showcase what Beefalo is all about. “The restaurant is halal, but of course everyone is welcome, and the event saw guests from Manchester and Blackburn to come and sample the food. There’s a non-alcoholic bar, which people responded really positively to.
