Staying warm but keeping an eye on showers

A few clouds move through the region, but temperatures still get close to 80 with a stray sprinkle possible.

Temperatures should stay nice and warm throughout the Northland again. Highs will hover around 80 degrees for most of the area, with a mix of clouds and sun in the afternoon. Later, we are keeping an eye on the northwest, as we could see a few showers develop and bring the chance for a brief burst of rain.

Portions of north-central Minnesota, from Bemidji to Hibbing, could see a second round of rain moving in by Tuesday morning. While the clouds will move east, rain should diminish by the time this wave gets to the North Shore. The clouds will clear out Tuesday afternoon, and we stay'll near 80 degrees for most of the region through Wednesday.

Thursday, we cool down a little with a mix of sun and clouds. We'll get another round of showers Friday, and temperatures will drop to the low 70s for highs before sliding into the 60s this weekend..
