Staying cold this week

Skies stay cloudy Tuesday, along with a slight chance of snow, as we head into the afternoon. Temperatures stay chilly Tuesday with highs in the mid-20s, but warm up to near 30 on Wednesday. The warmer weather doesn't last long, however, because despite sunshine Thursday, highs drop to the upper teens.
