State, local police suspend search for boy, 4, in Merrimack River

LOWELL — Police and firefighters from the Merrimack Valley launched boats and drones in a search for a missing 4-year-old boy who fell into the water around 6 p.m. According to numerous postings on Facebook and Twitter, or X, search and rescue boats were launched by the Lowell and Dracut fire departments.
