State Board of Mental Health Practice fines owner of "Diaper Spa" in Atkinson $2,500

The New Hampshire Board of Mental Health Practice ordered Colleen Murphy, the owner, to stop advertising the spa as a medical center because it is not licensed to practice medicine in the state.
