Starbucks is gearing up for warmer weather by debuting a new espresso drink based on a classic Mexican beverage that's perfect for sipping in the sunshine.

Starbucks' latest espresso drink takes inspiration from a Latino classic: horchata. The creamy, plant-based beverage beloved throughout Spain and Latin America has been making headway into the U.S.
