Starbucks is bringing low-calorie energy and coffee drinks to your local grocer

Starbucks energy drinks are coming to grocery stores, competing with energy drink brands like Monster, Red Bull and Celsius, along with 100-calorie Frappuccino drinks.

Starbucks? On March 27, Starbucks that customers can find two new ready-to-drink (RTD) beverages rolling out this month: Starbucks Iced Energy and Starbucks Frappuccino Lite. Starbucks says that the joint venture with PepsiCo will bring the suite of beverages to a store near you. Starbucks’ RTD Iced Energy drinks are zero sugar, 5 calories and have 160 milligrams of plant-based caffeine.



Starbucks canned versions come in three flavors: Starbucks Iced Energy Tropical Peach, Starbucks Iced Energy Watermelon Twist and Starbucks Iced Energy Blueberry Lemonade. Starting March 24, 12 ounce cans of Starbucks Iced Energy drinks will be available in U.S.

grocery stores, national retailers, convenience stores and gas stations as well as online for the suggested retail price of $2.99. Additionally, Starbucks is introducing RTD Frappuccino Lite Coffee Drinks, which are 100 calorie versions of its popular bottled Frappuccino line-up.

These drinks feature Starbucks coffee, with no added sugar and come in three “gelato-inspired” flavors: Sea Salt Caramel, Creamy Vanilla and Double Chocolate. Starbucks says Frappuccino Lite is rolling out now and is available for a suggested retail price of $2.99 per 9.
