Stanford hints at changes to the immigration system

Immigration Minister Erica Stanford is adamant introducing an English test for migrants and requiring relevant experience has helped reduce the amount of migrant worker exploitation. But Opposition MPs are not so sure, with Labour MP Phil Twyford asking Stanford today whether she was satisfied there.
