Spiritual awakening for NI psychic who developed gift after cancer: ‘It changed my life, I want to help people’

As she was just 34 at the time, she ignored it for several months as she felt that she was too young for it to be anything serious. But while on holiday with a friend, she was rubbing cream on her skin and felt the lump again. This time it felt larger and “quite significant”, despite the fact that she was a “big-breasted lady”.

But she made an appointment to see her doctor as soon as she returned home and, while the medic assured her that it was “probably nothing to worry about”, referred her on to the local breast cancer screening clinic.
