Wilbert Parilla, the Regional Chief of the Highway Patrol Group 7, explained, “Ang nakatawag sa amin ‘yung sumakay ila s tricycle, ang nag-drive si Spiderman, nasa itaas ng tricycle si Sangoku at nasa harapan si Batman.” This particular act not only endangered the creators but also posed a risk to other road users, highlighting the need for responsible behavior among content creators who often seek to push boundaries for views and engagement.
