Spain’s floods are a stark warning to ensure your house insurance is on the money

The Spanish resorts of Alicante and Valencia have been faced with almost unbelievable flooding recently. Hundreds have died, and the authorities are still struggling with evacuation, clean up, homelessness and even access. Inevitably, climate change is to blame for this most catastrophic of events and even as we here, almost guiltily, bask in an unseasonally warm November, it could of course, be us next.
