"The behind-the-scenes video features the same in-game model of Ciri as seen in the original trailer," he wrote, "We have not modified it. What you’re seeing is raw footage - without facial animation, lighting, or virtual camera lenses. "While it’s still in-engine, it represents a work-in-progress snapshot taken before we applied cinematic touches for the purpose of that video.

Nothing to discourse about, not that it'll stop the main grifters from doing so, but hey, it's 2025 and we're all trapped here forever. Putting that aside, Kalemba's explanation's an interesting read if you're just curious about how studios can go about putting together pre-release stuff character-wise.
