OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - It'll be a cloudy start to the morning across central Oklahoma but rain and storms move in from the west quickly. Moderate to heavy rainfall and some strong storms will impact central and south central Oklahoma through the late morning and mid-day. A few storms could be strong to severe and heavy downpours can cause localized flooding in already saturated areas.
