Social enterprise Platfform Wellbeing has celebrated two years of supporting workplace wellbeing.

A social enterprise has celebrated two years of supporting workplace wellbeing. Platfform Wellbeing was formed in 2023 after the merger of Platfform's workplace services and its counselling arm, Breathe. Since then, the organisation has worked with businesses and leadership teams across the UK to create healthier, more compassionate workplaces.

The organisation has expanded its services significantly, now supporting a wide range of sectors, including corporate businesses, educational institutions, and non-profits. The counselling arm, which began as a small service, has since grown into a team of more than 85 professionals and has earned accreditation from the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Pete Johnson, commercial director, said: "Workplace wellbeing is not just about offering support when things go wrong; it is about creating environments where people feel valued, heard, and supported every day.

"We are incredibly proud to celebrate this significant milestone of two years as Platfform Wellbeing." For more information, visit the Platfform Wellbeing website..
