BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Lake Effect Snow Warning remains in effect for Southern Erie, Wyoming, Chautauqua and Cattaraugus counties until 6 p.
m. Sunday. Residents in the southtowns and Southern Tier have already seen several inches of snow falling so far, with more expected through the weekend.
