Sabrina Carpenter fully embraced the spoof of her song, Espresso, which appeared on Saturday Night Live, with a nod during her live performance . During an episode of SNL , including an appearance from Ariana Grande , some of the comedians acted out a sketch of a wedding reception. Bridesmaids did a cover of Sabrina's track, subbing in their own lyrics to detail their exciting Bachelorette trip, but the whacky story took a bit of a turn.

They unveiled throughout the song that their friend cheated on her now-husband with a man named Domingo. The joke song went viral as fans thought the entire bit was absolutely hilarious. It seems Sabrina, too, was amused by the use of her tune.

Sabrina Carpenter fans claim woman urinated in crowd at concert as they say 'I got peed on in the pit' Barry Keoghan 'sickened' by online accusations that he's a 'deadbeat dead' The star invited Domingo, played by Marcello Hernandez, out to the Los Angeles stop of her Short n' Sweet tour. As part of the performance, Sabrina pauses to "arrest" a member of the audience for being "too hot." She dangles a pair of fuzzy handcuffs as she searches for someone to give them to.

Domingo happened to be the arrestee of the night, spurring excitement and cheers from the crowd. "I'm so flustered," Sabrina said, looking over at Marcello. "Where are you from?" He said he was from Miami where, according to the SNL skit, Domingo met the wife-to-be.

"Miami," said Sabrina. "I wish you were from my bedroom." Marcello then flipped the script on Sabrina, making a reference to her song, Bed Chem, with a play on her lyrics.

He said: "I'm the cute boy with the blue jacket and the thick accent." "Wow, you sure are gorgeous. I'm getting flustered and overwhelmed," said the Juno singer.

"Is there anything you want to say before I arrest you Domingo?" Marcello, in character, did a bit of singing for the audience. To the tune of Espresso, he sang: "Came all this way / Had to explain / Direct from Domingo / Sabrina's a friend / She's like my sis / But I would hook up though." SNL brought Domingo back due to just how well-received the skit was by the public.

This time, the friends of the bride made a return during her baby shower. It was revealed that she was having twins, claiming one was Domingo's and the other was Matt, her husband's. Rather than covering Espresso again, the writers opted to make a reference to Chappell Roans HOTTOGO.
