British pop singer Charli XCX , hosting Saturday Night Live for the first time, also made her third SNL musical guest appearance with performances of two tracks from her sixth and latest album: “360” and “Sympathy Is a Knife.” Brat , which she released this summer, has seven Grammy nominations , with “360” contending for Best Record and Best Music Video. Charli XCX’s Brat remix –her first such album–came out just last month.

That version of “Sympathy Is a Knife” features Ariana Grande. Charli XCX’s last SNL appearance was in March of 2022 , when she played two new songs that would later appear on Crash , her last album until Brat .
