SNAPSHOT: Assemblyman Santabarbara highlights Autism Acceptance Month at Sensory Sunday

Assemblyman Angelo Santabarbara, Chair of the New York State Assembly’s Committee on People with Disabilities, attended Sensory Sunday at the Museum of Innovation and Science (miSci) in Schenectady with his son, Michael, in recognition of Autism Acceptance Month. The event provided a sensory-friendly museum experience for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. As a longtime advocate and the parent of a child on the autism spectrum, Assemblyman Santabarbara continues to champion inclusive events that celebrate neurodiversity and promote accessibility for all.
