More than a third of small business owners said 2024 has been the slowest year for business that they have seen for the past five, with the smallest firms struggling most. Companies with fewer than 10 employees have struggled the most, according to data from VistaPrint, with many reporting a lack of access to finance was one of the main things preventing expansion.
