Slow Cooker Terry’s Chocolate Fondant 100g butter, softened 300g soft light brown sugar Four eggs, beaten 250g self raising flour 20g cocoa powder One Terry's Chocolate Orange Ball (157g) Firstly, grease your slow cooker with some butter. Sift your flour and cocoa powder into a large bowl, and add 150g of your brown sugar, four eggs and 100g melted butter. Mix using whisk until well combined.
Add three to four tablespoons of water to help loosen the consistency. Transfer the mixture to the slow cooker and add 100g of Terry's chocolate orange pieces inside the mixture. Melt the remaining 57g of chocolate and mix with the remaining 150g of sugar and 275ml of boiling water in a jug.
Pour the chocolate liquid all over the cake, cover the slow cooker with a clean tea towel and place on the lid, then cook on high for two hours or on low for four to five hours. You can add more Terry's Chocolate Orange for decoration. Serve hot (and with ice cream!).
