Skoda driver disqualified and fined for no insurance

A Skoda Superb Classic driver was disqualified and fined for not having insurance while in Lygon Walk, Worcester.

A MAN has been disqualified and fined for driving with no insurance. Javed Ali, of Conway, off Tolladine Road, was driving a Skoda Superb Classic in Lygon Walk, Worcester, without third party insurance on May 6 last year. The 43-year-old was banned from driving for six months which Worcester Magistrates Court said was obligatory due to repeat offending.

Ali was also fined £660, ordered to pay a £264 surcharge to fund victim services and £110 court costs at the court on Wednesday, September 4. The balance of £1,034 must be paid by Monday, September 9..
